The Power Of Backsplash!

The Power of A Backsplash!

One of the hottest trends of the year is taking countertop material and using it as a backsplash. I know what you’re thinking, how is this special?

The custom part is taking the countertop up the wall taller than the standard 4″ backsplash.

What’s wrong with the 4″ backsplash using countertop material?

There is “technically” nothing wrong with doing this BUT is there anything right about doing the bare minimum?

A four inch backsplash is just boring and generic – it is what builders install to say that they did it.

Installing a taller, arched, or angled countertop backsplash is a small financial detail that makes a huge impact! You’ll even see some shelves made of marble below.

The next time you’re updating your kitchen or bathroom consider adding a custom backsplash. Thank me later!

Below are some of my favorite examples.
